Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our Cary, NC location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Local pickup is available — select at checkout.

Heavy items (such as the Magnet Zapper) have a fixed shipping rate noted in the product listing.
