By placing an order with Ward Enterprises Racing, you agree to the following terms:

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
• Custom and made-to-order items (such as custom podiums) require payment in full before production begins. Production time is approximately 2 weeks.
• Product photos are representative — painted Lexan bodies and 3D printed items may have minor variations.
• Ward Enterprises Racing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a shipment has been handed off.
